(The Hill) -- X owner Elon Musk will be auctioning off Twitter signs and other memorabilia starting next month, including the sign hung on the outside of the company’s headquarters.The auction event is labeled “Twitter Rebranding: Online Auction Featuring Memorabilia, Art, Office Assets & More!” and is slated to be held Sept. 12-14, according to the auction website. The site lists 584 things to be auctioned off, including signs of Twitter’s iconic blue bird logo, office furniture and a variety of musical instruments.One of the bird signs open for bidding includes the logo hung on the building of Twitter’s headquarters in San Francisco, with the listing reading, "Bird is still mounted on the side of the building. (KDVR) — Three children who scrambled to safety while their parents were away said it sounded like a bomb exploded as a twister ravaged their Colorado home Tuesday.Their parents were at a nearby hospital when they saw a storm chaser's live video of the tornado heading for their home. (WANE) - Nature's fireworks will be flashing as they move through the sky — and you'll be able to see them without a telescope. This weekend (August 12-13) you'll be able to watch the peak of the Perseid meteor showers, the so-called "fireworks finale," which at times may produce roughly 90 meteors per hour, according to the EarthSky.org.Look in the northeastern sky after midnight Saturday and before dawn Sunday (WANE)Since the moon will be in its waning stage, the meteors will be more visible in the darker sky between midnight and sunrise. Just look in the northeastern sky, where you'll see the constellation called Perseus, which is below Cassiopeia. AUSTIN (KXAN) — St. David's Medical Center on East 32nd Street has resumed normal operations Thursday following a vehicle explosion in a parking garage Wednesday night.During a news briefing Wednesday evening, the Austin Police Department said one person was detained after a vehicle explosion in a parking garage at the central Austin hospital. APD said the call came in at 5:23 p.m. at St. David's Medical Center.On Thursday, St. David's Medical Center's CEO Todd Steward said in a statement the hospital was no longer on diversion status and that typical visiting hours had resumed.All parking garages -- including the one related to the incident -- have since reopened, Steward added in his statement. FRANCOIS COUNTY, Mo. - An investigation is underway after a man was found shot to death overnight in a St. Francois County home.Investigators say a 43-year-old man was shot to death and found inside a home in the 2500 block of Missouri Route H near Farmington. The victim, not identified by police, suffered multiple gunshot wounds. LOUIS - A St. Louis man admitted to sharing child pornography and leaving St. Louis while on house arrest.Daniel Bert pleaded guilty to one federal felony charge of transportation of child pornography. Calling out the Court: Missouri family battles jury summons for son who can’t serve According to the plea agreement, the FBI received two tips indicating that Bert had discussed his sexual interest in young children on Kik Messenger. On a different app, Bert started communicating with an undercover FBI agent and reportedly shared a picture of his genetials. In messages, Bert told the agent that he had a hard drive full of child pornography, per the plea agreement. After that, agents obtained a search warrant for Bert’s home.
